I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The cleanliness of the room with a balcony was really good, and despite my visit in December, it was always warm. The bathroom was also kept very clean. The hotel's location was convenient, with a nearby tram stop that provided easy access to the city center and various attractions. I also appreciated the ample free parking available around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've experienced during my trip. There was a wide selection of delicious food, including fresh fruits.
